My collective leadership experience spans nearly 10 years across multiple high-growth startups to working in large matrixed organizations. I’ve built teams from the ground up to 25+ people (including Customer Success, Onboarding, Services, and Support) responsible for thousands of SMB’s to focusing on large strategic enterprise customers with annual contract values into the tens of millions of dollars annually. Prior to focusing on Customer Success, I gained valuable experience as a sales and account management leader in the advertising technology and media industry.

During the past 10 years, I’ve built and led high-performing Customer Success teams for multiple category-leading SaaS platforms including Abstract (Git for designers — acquired by Adobe), Extole (Advocacy), iCharts (Business Intelligence/DataViz for Oracle/Netsuite and GCP), and Checkr (HR Tech/Background checks for hiring). My responsibilities have included ownership over the strategy, tooling, and execution to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth while mentoring the teams and developing the operational processes to support these goals at scale (10K+ customers and up to $50M+ in annual revenue).

I’ve enjoyed building and leading customer-facing teams in startups for more than 15 years. Most recently I built and led the new Customer Success initiative at Abstract, which led to our exit to Adobe, then joined Checkr’s Customer Success leadership to collaborate on the transformation of the ‘named’ strategic enterprise segment leading a team that included our largest customers by ACV. Earlier in my career I was bit by the entrepreneurial bug and Co-Founded one of the first B2B advertising campaign management platforms to leverage AI for building and optimizing cross-channel campaigns. Additionally, I enjoy guiding founders and early-stage leadership teams on actionable and practical strategies to build customer advocacy, accelerate product adoption, and create predictable revenue retention.

I started my career training to become a civil engineer which led to becoming a sales leader where I discovered my passion for helping people and leading technology transformation. I’m a positive self-motivated person who enjoys collaborating with fast growing teams where we’re all passionately working together toward a common goal. I enjoy working on the big picture, but there’s nothing more refreshing than diving into a challenging problem to expand the boundaries of my knowledge or develop creative solutions under pressure. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, especially teaching my two little girls (4 and 7), which has deepened the meaning of patience and empathy for me, and helped me become a more effective communicator.
